These guys are the professionals.  Not necessarily highly experienced individuals but they are disciplined individuals who only gamble with money they can afford to lose, they manage their money effectively and set realistic targets so they can walk away from the tables almost always in profit. In these cases the profits are always small relative to the initial risk but as they  occur so regularly they will accumulate into a nice tidy profit.

To win successfully and win big with any strategy you need patience and discipline. If you have neither of these then you will lose.
